From Port to Plate

A Greek Island Voyage

From Port to Plate is a journey through the food, stories, and traditions of the Greek islands. We explore the Ionian not just to showcase what’s on the table, but to understand where it comes from, the people, the history, and the places that shape every meal. From village kitchens to coastal markets, we capture authentic moments that celebrate honest cooking and deep-rooted culture.

The TV Series

Our team brings together experience in food, film, travel, and storytelling to create something simple but powerful. With thoughtful navigation, cinematic visuals, and a shared respect for local voices, we’re building a series grounded in real connection, real food, real people, and the places that bring them together.

Recipe Book

The Recipe Book (coming soon!)

This book is more than a collection of recipes, it's a tapestry of memories. It carries the sunlit breeze of Corfu, the stillness of Paxos’s olive groves, and the quiet stories passed from table to table. Each dish is a chapter, rich with history and layered with the flavours of Venetian elegance, the hands of local fishermen, and the heart of simple village life.

From Port to Plate: Corfu & Paxos opens the door to a world where recipes are treasured like heirlooms and every meal weaves a thread between land, history, and shared experience. With yachtsman and historian Matt Wells as our guide, we sail through stories shaped not just by the sea, but by centuries of empire, island resilience, and a culture built on heartfelt hospitality.

Through the cinematic lens of film producer Thomas Haas, the islands unfold with vivid intimacy. His images reveal the glow of a lantern in a quiet harbour, the shimmer of olive oil on roasted lamb, and the weathered hands of those who bring each dish to life. There are no chapters or rigid rules here, just food in its purest form, alive with the rhythms of the Ionian, steeped in honesty, warmth, and soul.

Sailing south, we capture the flavours and traditions of Lefkada, the rugged beauty and recipes of Kefalonia, and the mythic island of Ithaca, home of Odysseus, where age old culinary stories still shape daily life.
